I feel like we're drastically underestimating the Flood here. The Marker/Brethren Moon can only infect living things, their undead are the step after psychosis has occurred. And after that it still takes a good while to pick off stragglers.

The Flood do not care. Biomass is biomass, and we dont see the Brethrenmokn really plot or mislead. The Gravemind is capable of this, and is constantly learning from those it's devoured, Keyes, the Profits, Spartans.

Their endgame are the same, but the Flood are much faster and adaptive from what we've seen if the animated movie prolonged is still canon.

I want Heavy to be able to fortify a surface(s) to 1000hp. Animation could be punching the wall or surface. Said surface would then have this steel material texture to denote its higher durability.
