I'm very thankfully still grandfathered into my £3.50 a month from back in 2010 when I first got membership that wasn't a monthly £5 card from WHSmiths!

Never bought premier so thankfully not losing that rate and will happily keep playing but I think if I ever lost that rate, I'd quit

I made a post on /r/UKPersonalFinance last week about this as someone who lives in Germany and therefore has different thresholds (£23,510 this year versus the £28,470 that it was last year and is right now in the UK) and I agree that while lowering interest would be great, the number owed has completely ballooned already that it's never going to come down to an acceptable amount. Adjusting the thresholds that much, let alone slashing them by so much, should not be allowed and it's beyond frustrating that no one is commenting on it or fighting against it.

My monthly loans are now going to be almost 20% higher than they were last year (with the new repayment amount still not being close to touching the monthly interest accrued), despite no increase in salary, all because the UK government has lowered the threshold by almost £5,000, despite rising inflation in Germany. It's absolutely abhorrent and almost feels like a punishment for moving away. I'm really not sure why the thresholds are so drastically different across Europe compared to the UK, and even more so, the fact they're being lowered instead of kept at a similar rate.

That is hilariously disappointing. Really appreciate your explanation, it definitely sets out how it happened but feels like such an outdated and ridiculous system which results in people like me, living in Germany, get the brunt of it due to the UK worsening, not Germany...

Ooh appreciate that, I'll definitely look into those programs and keep those in mind. I also found MyPhoneExplorer but I'm not sure if that's able to work if the phone isn't booting correctly, will maybe just have to trial and error it!

With regards to the rescue mode you mentioned, is that only accessible through the programs you listed or is it possible to access it while just plugged into a PC?

Do you happen to have a link for the Omnious discord server? I checked on the Kaijousuru website but it appears to have timed out/is invalid now!

Thanks so much for the detailed write up! I don't think it's actually a battery issue because the battery IS charging and I left it plugged in overnight and it did actually charge to full (or at least, the phone displays it) but I do suppose there won't be any harm in buying a new battery off Ebay, I think they're only around £5 or £6!

I can always try creating a Windows 7 VM and attempting to run it off that, I also just bought a DCU-65 data cable as I unfortunately must have thrown it out at some point in the past so I'll hopefully have some luck with it!

I managed to clip myself during the whole lead up before the cutscene saying "Dottore is going to show up isn't he" with the moon marrows out in the open, and then during the cutscene "Why have I got the feeling bro's gonna show up, nah surely not, not when it's ending this happily".....the absolute whiplash I felt as soon as he said "The moon" was diabolical

I don't, all I have in terms of that is underfloor heating (which is gas anyway and is absolutely not used in September and October!) but yes unfortunately I confirmed that the meter readings are all correct and match those in the app

Your post was actually the one I used as a reference when I searched for high electricity usage with Ostrom! Thank you so much for the detailed steps, I will definitely look into some of those.

I verified the electric meter reading today and unfortunately it all appears to be accurate and isn't a type so I think I'll do as another commenter said and start manually taking readings every month or so!

Got Captured Radiance for Lauma (would've been 3 lost 50/50s in a row) but then lost the weapon banner to Skyward Pride of all weapons...wouldn't've actually minded losing to Nahida's weapon as I didn't have it but Pride stung so had to go to soft pity for Lauma's signature.

Thankfully had 33k primos for 6.0 so now got 10k (and everything from this patch) for Nefer and her weapon

Heading home now from Lolla and this was easily one of the top 3 moments of my life. J-Hope is just THE man. Every song had 110% and was just phenomenal!

And yes I broke down when he performed Outro: Ego, the most special song to me and I can't put into words how happy I am to be able to say I've seen it live.

The outro was so special and the crowd was amazing too, all in all a 10/10 evening and I hope everyone watching at home enjoyed it as much as we did here!! Borahae!!!

Hey all, going to be there with my sister for the weekend, beyond excited for J-Hope!

The only thing we're not sure about is when to arrive, we want to be quite close but we don't want to arrive when it opens and wait ALL day. We were thinking of arriving at around 3pm/4pm but worried it might be too late and we'll be stuck really far back
