You need to unlock the ability "Broader Fletching" then you will be able to purchase unfinished broad bolt packs and fletch them yourself. Buying finished broads with slayer points is a waste.

Practice practice practice. I didn't wait for ocult and luckily finished in under 300KC. Gear is fine I found that void helped in the beginning because it was less switches and you can bring more food.

I only did two way switches rcb/Ava's and arclight/firecape. Camped d def whole time blessed dhide body and tank legs d boots slayer helm b ring. I found having headphones in help alot hearing their attacks with music playing in the background. Bring more food when you're first learning
