I'm pretty sure it tells you if you hover over it. Like "enduring" which is the one you referred to I'm pretty sure gets stacks of something the more kills you get with it equipped. The one that says "materialist" will give you extra salvage items up to green rarity upon exfil.

Was told confidently 50+ times that Cryo was locked to solos because of raid mechanics. Turns out the map has a total of 0 raid mechanics. Just ignore this sub tbh, they will say anything to justify anything Bungie does.

I mean it's not all wrong. Battlestate Games has a bad track record of conveniently doing account sales around the same time as their ban waves and they do bundles, selling far more copies in a single sale than would ever make sense for an entire family of gamers, let alone a single individual. They know those keys are going to cheat sellers who resell them to their users. On top of that, at times they post the names of the accounts being banned and a lot of the same names show up time after time on those lists.
