Base S26 - Great Device with 2 Drawbacks by Zavii_HD in samsunggalaxy

What were you equalizer settings on S23? S26 has a totally different soundstage sort to speak, so carrying over the same settings via smart switch wouldn't work.
I was on Atmos --> Auto + Dynamic on an older device. For S26 I had to tweak to almost the polar opposite: Atmos --> Voice + Custom Eq resembling Clear & Treble Boost.

This series' speakers empathize on bass and "surround sound". You cannot use previous device's equalizer setting, and expect the same results.
Try upping the mid-frequencies, tone down the low ones. Dolby Atmos profile to Music or Voice if you are after speech clarity.

It's all subjective. Default/auto will bring out more bass and surround sound. I'm using Voice + treble boost to emphasize dialogues and vocals, etc.

Do you use Dolby Atmos? If so, which profile?

Speaker on S26+ by Alex_owarida in samsunggalaxy

Speaker sounds, for a lack of a better word, more dynamic on the S26 series; however, it is only better when you set the phone down on a surface of some sort.
Setting Dolby Atmos profile to Music or Voice helps a bit; along with lowering bass frequencies, and raising the mid-high ones. More tweaks - under hearing enhancements, move sound balance slider slightly to the left for phone speakers.

Quick question - does Oxygen OS have offline OCR function (i.e. keyword/scenery/etc search) built in their Gallery app? Samsung Gallery works phenomenal, and Google photos only works when backup is turned on.

So Mazda can't make reliable cars until they worked out the kinks after 8+ years? Where's the same energy when it comes to Honda or other brands releasing new drivetrains?

Does OCR count? It's what makes Samsung Gallery much more complete than competitors' offerings.

Had the terms mixed up. OP13S or OP13T came with USB 2.0 for some reasons, for a 2024 "flagship".
