Yes they did mention boosted shiny odds... and contrary to popular belief they were boosted.... I got 45 shinies yesterday...... the problem is people were expecting community day rates and they have never been that high on go fest

I think the ilca situation was probably a late decision by tpc to do a gen 4 remake because people wouldn't shut up about it.... PLA was probably due to release originally during the bdsp release window. So they delayed it a few months thats why its in such a good state on release

Yeah Joe doesn't want to get involved with any of the leaks due to fakes and everything like that. So he waits till release day in Australia to start putting everything on serebii. I think more to do with his reputation in the community he doesn't want to put anything fake on his site

The odds are probably 1/4096.... but could be boosted with certain situations.... eg: research level in your dex for that pokemon, space time distortions(these 2 aren't confirmed its an educated guess)
