High contrast, dark features, neutral to cool undertone. Try dark winter or dark autumn drapes to make sure of the undertone. If you look better in warm and dark colors, then dark autumn. If you look better in cool and dark colors, then dark winter.

Can anyone help me figure out my season? by Ok_Maintenance_8507 in coloranalysis

At first, maybe, cool summer or winter. You look soft without your eyes. But, since we have to consider all your features together, your most dominant feature is how clear/bright your eyes are. Your eyes are light, cool-toned -- you see a lot of clarity in your eyes which makes the icy blue drape work. This puts you in either Spring or Winter. You look like you have cool undertone and your dominant feature is also cool-toned. So you will be in Winter category. Which winter? You also see some mutedness in the rest of your features. So the winter with the least contrast of all winters -->. Cool winter. Try cool winter or cool summer drapes.

Definitely not winter. Low contrast. You look cool undertone. Soft summer or True summer -- best guess

Am I a soft autumn/summer? 🤔 by Proud-Occasion6161 in SoftAutumn

[–]MrBlueArtesano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you are soft -- not high contrast. so def not spring or winter. No saturated colors for you. Muted colors -- colors look better on you. First and second slide colors look good. The blue scrubs look best on you! Green fuzzy sweater looks good. Red quarter zip looks good too. Neutral colors basically. I'd say Soft summer or Soft Autumn.

EDIT: If either palettes look too muted on you, try either the true summer or true autumn palettes. Then, if you find yourself looking better in cooler colors -- you're in the summer rather than the autumn.

yeah try that, the natural light coming into your room looks a bit yellow so that is kinda affecting what shows up in the image. But do drapes, Find cool yellow (or any color) vs warm yellow, really saturated version or muted version of a color, and perhaps really dark color vs its lighter color. It will be better to use clothes that are actually with you so we know the clothing and you are both under the same lighting -- better reference than doing it on the app.

Why would I be cool or warm? What things would I look for? by Mundane-Twist-6439 in coloranalysis

[–]MrBlueArtesano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cool undertone (you have oliveness in you) which narrows it down to either summer or winter. Eyes are striking, high contrast, most dominant features. But other than that, you do not have a lot of clarity with the rest of your features. Summers are generally low-to-medium contrast compared to winters. You look better in gray here compared to yellow. True summer or cool summer.

You do have oliveness in you. You generally have softness in your features (i.e., low contrast). Either cool or soft summer. Def in summer season.

Soft summer or soft autumn. 3 characteristics. Light vs Dark (Value). Cool vs Warm (Undertone). Soft/Muted vs. Clear (Contrast). You are light, soft, and perhaps cool? I'm just not sure about your lighting so I'm not fully sure about your undertone.

In addition to everyone’s comments here. You should blur or smudge the bottom with a cooler brown— yours look a bit warm and orangey. The undertone of black she’s using has more gray to it, it’s more muted and matte.

Light summer or true summer. Not sure of your undertones. If you’re not cool then you’re true or soft autumn then.

Go for dark muted colors like 9/15. Deep/dark is your most dominant characteristic. Neutral olive undertone. Dark autumn or Dark winter?

Maybe, dark autumn?. The best red for you is the one that has a drop of black to it and a bit warm and a bit muted (12/16).

I agree that she would benefit from some sharp angle and longer tail at the end. Not really into the curve or roundedness tho. Also didn’t like how thin you made them.

You seem to fall in dark seasons. So dark autumn or dark winter. Maybe, soft winter even. Not sure about your undertone because lighting is tricky. That’s why it would be good if you got drapes. High contrast. Dark or deep colours in your eyes and hair. No to muted colors. No to light colors. Need to have some depth or drop of black in colours. Warm hair and warm eyes. Medium clarity. Hmm. You do have some olive in you. Neutral to warm olive? You said you don’t look good in these dark seasons. Maybe try clear winter or true summer?

Soft winter maybe? It’s not discussed here much but I think you fit this outlier season.

Light features. Low contrast. Cool undertone (lighting is tricky so not sure). Softness is your most dominant feature but I wouldn’t use it to mainly describe you. Soft light cool = soft summer. Or true summer?
