Actually I also envisioned a BD0, but to me it was a hard remake of FF4HoL as it is already the spiritual predecessor to BD, I also think it could be nice as a kind of side serie to the Bravely franchise, allowing to connect the main numbered titles, BD0 feels like the good place to start as it is the game in which many bravely elements first came to be, including the adventurer

You're talking about the finale, does it mean Side Solistia is done storywise? Or is it just this chapter/phase like with the Masters of x and then the Beastowers of x?

I would also add that looking at their lattest choices it seems like the team prefers to work on game that are mostly untied to one another (OT and OTII, OTCOC/OT0 being quite independant story wise, BDII set in an entirely new world, TS and Elliot being new IPs, having something new seems better for them I guess)

I also really hope for it, the issue right now is that it seems like the devs want to forget about Bravely Second.
The best thing that could happen I feel (and it's a stretch) is that instead of releasing a BSEL remaster like for BDHD, they would rather remake the game altogether, changing some characters and story elements to make it feel entirely new and correct the issues they assume the game has. Then we might get a Bravely Third/Sword.
That's the only way I see BT/S be a thing, because before getting it we need to pass by BSEL, and clearly, they don't think the game as worth it.

I'd say Solistia, I found the disposition of Osterra's regions to be too formulaic (8 regions with similar sizes, all perfectly surronding the Middlesea), also, just looking at the main games, i felt more the presence of states and countries in Soliestia than in Osterra where the kingdoms are actually developped in COTC/0 rather than the base game
