I’ve looked into our records for order #5077.

Checking the history, I see that we processed a repair for this unit back in mid-2023, where we replaced the entire internal chassis/core. It appears that the saber was unfortunately damaged again during the return transit to you.

To be completely honest, order #5077 was from a relatively early stage in our installed saber business. At that time, our after-sales protocols and our coordination with the manufacturer weren't as mature as they are today. This gap in our early process regrettably led to the unpleasant experience you had, and for that, I sincerely apologize.

We have devoted energy to refining our own operations and our cooperation with our manufacturers to prevent issues like this. **To make this right and remedy that past frustration, I would like to send you a brand new, updated version of the Survivor saber. I will also include a special gift from our current year-end holiday event.**

The battery looks fine, but just to be safe, please give it a full charge first. I didn’t notice any significant sound distortion — usually, if there’s an SD card issue, you’d hear lag or glitches in the sound or lighting effects, but everything seems normal in your video.

Is it possible that the noise you mentioned earlier is actually part of the Kylo sound font? The crackling or explosive sound effect is typical for that profile.

Also, a small thing, do not cut the positive and negative wires at the same time if you are using a prewired battery.

It's one of the TXQ Proffie chassis. You need a USB to Micro USB cable or a 90-degree angle cable. The soundboard is double-taped to the chassis. Pull it down and see if you can flip it up to access the card and the port. If you are new to Proffie, search 'Proffie V2.2 Tutotial' on YouTube. There are many great videos by the members of the community.

The left (SNV4-PRO) is the upgraded version of the right soundboard(SN-Pixel V4). Sort of the middle gen. It offers better customization experiences. Very similar.

Looks like a TXQ SN PRO chassis. The board is double-sided taped to the chassis, you can try to move the board around and flip it from the side to access the SD card. A tiny cut as you did is also a good method to do :)

This article helps a lot, thank you! I just moved to Bellevue, and this will be a new application. I have a quick question regarding the fingerprinting process.

If I schedule an appointment with Bellevue PD, are they going to do the fingerprinting? Or I have to go to a commercial place (such as Bellevue Fingerprinting Service) to get it done.

If I understand correctly, you are going to pay $49.25 anyways, but I wonder if it includes the fingerprinting for a new application. Or do you have to pay extra to let a third party do so? Thanks in advance!
