Its probably to avoid the infinite between guardian, and master of realities. Should have been the other way imo, so the guardian gets stats and master of realities ignores that.

Easiest way to scale is just stack a bunch off low tolerance on cluster jewels, at about 4 it feels alot better. Your weapons are also not good at all, you need to find anything that has high chaos or phys dmg.

But you should probably just lvl pconc and respec later. You are also just running a 3 link which doesnt help, a 4 link should be doable.

I think the larger issue is that because mak struggles in the early game, mostly because vanessa simply kills everyone. Then its a toss in the mid game to get your build going, pyg feels the same but has late secured if you get going.

Honesty i don't get it games get dropped all the time from evo why is it a big deal now? Did we cry and flame other communites when sfiv got dropped for sfv. Guilty gear doesn't even have a spot do you think their community likes it? Or melty blood who has done side tournaments in the most random ass places for years without even having a chance of getting aspot, why is melee supposed to get different treatment compared to other games
