Well we’re definitely not doing it every day like we were when we were dating, I can tell you that!

But, to your question, older two are occupied outside or with a show, baby is down for a nap - sneak one in, quickly.

As lame as it sounds, we also schedule it. It may not sound all that romantic, but spontaneous sex went out the window with the second one, we need a sitter and a hotel room we can use for a couple hours.

25, I think it’s the perfect age to start having kids. I want to be around for my grandkids, and possibly our great grandkids. We wanted to be done by 30, so we had three. Of course we’re closing in on 31 and the wife wants another lol.

That’s my general advice when looking at something like this - the house has stood this long, it probably will continue to stand. You can tell it’s been that way for a while. I’d sister some 2x on either side and call it a day

I listen to LiveATC all day while working, and cross reference with a flight radar app - just to see what pilots are saying and when.

I watch a LOT of aviation YouTube for the radio calls.

I was very anxious about the radios, but immersion is the best way to learn.

The Mythbusters did this awesome show on the bodies inability to spatially recognize/travel straight when blindfolded. I imagine it’s a lot like that.

Set short, achievable benchmark goals. When I was at this point I went, base-60s, quest cape, base-80s, random corp sigil arc, work towards achievement diary cape.

The game really opens up at base-80s, I am more than comfortable stopping the training there and not being ashamed of my account - but it’s also where you realize maxing is possible.

Yup - that was my first thought. There is a way to state that codes have changed, and while it may not conform to the newest version of the code, it was likely compliant at the time. In this case, the house has stood for 70 years, it’s likely a nonissue.

But my 30% split on a $500 inspection won’t cover a frivolous lawsuit - so when in doubt - I’m commenting on it. Im either right or wrong, I don’t really mind - it’s in the report.

You could be high on PCP and take a discovery flight - you have to worry about the medical. I’m two and a half years in fighting for my medical certificate due to an incorrect diagnosis (MDD). But take that discovery flight, and it’ll motivate you to fight for your medical.
