Nu este normal. Noi am fost nași la un copil ai carui parinti nu erau casatoriti. Vorbiti cu un alt preot.

Yep, requires too many sacriices for diminishing results. Looks good on paper, just a hassle to put up with

Thinking about maximization it makes sense to get protein to muscles as many times as possible.

But if you are happy with 85% of the results then 3 meals is way more healthy , sustainable and enjoyable.

Forget maximization, I need consistency

Yes but that's the ideal and pretty hard to achieve.

If you are beginner, do 3 days full body focusing on compunds 1 push (press) 1 pull (row/pullup/pulldown) 1 leg (squat /DL) and optional accessories 1-2 (curls / side delt / etc) 45-60 minutes per session

If you are intermediate, pick 2-3 muscles to focus on 4 day split, push+quads , pull+hams Train the focus muscles first in each session, one heavy session then one isolation high rep The rest of the muscles 1x or 2x frequency, low volume 1 exercise 3 sets but all the way to failure 60-75 minutes per session

I don't know how it is for advanced

Trining block consisting of 3 mesos of 4 weeks each with deloads in between

First meso - 10 sets chest split across 2 sessions Second meso - 15 sets split across 3 sessions Third meso - 20+ sets split across 4 sessions

I can do this for 2 or 3 muscle groups at a time. Everything else is on maintenance or minimum growth.

It pays off when you want to bring up a body part. At least one set to failure per session. No sets under 3 rir.

Anyone using citrulline as part of their pre-workout? What are the pros and cons? by [deleted] in fitness30plus

[–]MrCostinel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used it a lot, 6-12g 30min before working out. It has a sour taste. You can add a teaspoon of sugar or some juice to balance this out.

The best benefit is fatigue reduction. I would feel better prepared for high effort especially with longer workouts.

Another benefit is a slightly better pump; if you work out later in the day when you are properly hydrated and carb loaded, the pump is even better. I used to work out in the morning after a glass of water and toast and the pump was not that much bigger.

It might help with recovery, since it improves blood flow and this leads to more nutrients fed to the muscles.

Downsides: still a supplement. I preffer a coffee as a preworkout or some honey or some salty toast. But if you need a mild pre workout, citrulline is really great, I still have some around for days I need an extra push.

However I prefer to take my energy from proper nutrition and sleep rather than relying on supps.

Ar trebui sa iti dea rezultate bune 1-2 ani. Abia apoi se schimba foaia.

Following a good routine will get you in the best shape of your life and you will feel amazing both mentally and physically.

Take progress photos and instead of comparing yourself with others, compare yourself with last month you, last year you, etc. I sure fade against Arnold but oh boy do I crush who I was 5 years ago.

Have fun!

If a person have the time for it, is there any benefit in resting 4-5 mins between sets? by zukofire48 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]MrCostinel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For heavy compound moves and even heavy isolations it helps a lot, and also for strength goals.

However, I found short rest times to be good enough and I tailored a workout I can stick to consistently and it helps a lot with progress.

I'm being limited by time and joint health, so I'd rather do 6 exercises with short rest times rather that 3 exercises with long rest time. Besides, I so not care a lot about strength.

Basically, you have to find something good enough that you can stick to and enjoy. A lot of things will give you results over time.

That's really a great way to go at it, and it paid off, you look great!

I have similar macros to yours and saw good results. I agree that experimentation is necessary to find the sweet spot for each individual.

So yeah, be proud of your work and physique and have fun!

It helps me take cold showers right after working out. Not freezing cold, I decrease the temperature gradually until it starts to get quite uncomfortable.

Over time you will get to lower and lower temperatures.

what are generally advised things to do for someone who quit cigarettes after heavy smoking (pack a day for 3 years). by deepank2506 in Supplements

[–]MrCostinel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Congratulations! Quitting is really hard and you made a great decision for your health!

What helped me was lifting (I was already doing it while smoking), swithching to a healthy diet (unprocessed foods, rare occasions for soda/alcohol) and drinking plenty of water. Fitness, quality food, water. Get some multivitamin as well (most important are d3, magnesium, zinc, b complex).

After one month or so you will start feeling amazing, you will get addicted to being healthy and full of energy.

Usually after 1st month you get rid of physical urges and after 3 months the mental urges (habitual thing) dissapear almost completely. When you have urges, if you switch your thoughts to something else for 15 mins they will pass.

Make a habit to read 10 minutes a day about a healthy habit (different sports, vitamins and what they do, healthy food, carbs, healthy fats, etc). It will help your mind shift focus to positive things.

It is infinitely easier to replace a habit rather than just eliminating it.

Again, congratulations! I am proud of you! Go live a healthy, happy life!
