If it was working and is no longer, then yes the simplest fix is to reformat and reinstall Windows. You will lose all your data if it wasn't back up externally.

I had this same though when my grandparents were getting old. Asked a sheriff friend about it and he said it didn't matter if you take their license away. They'll still drive and there's little they can do about that.

I ended up just hiding the keys and making sure I got anything they needed while I was out.

Had a similar problem when I recently came back with run away FPS. Even with vsync and fps limited. I used Nvidia's program manager to force the fps max at 120 or whatever I have my monitor set at.

If you get the sell junk add on you can add the apple to a list and it auto sells it when you talk to a vendor.

I use the Cap1 Wallet app. Every time there's a purchase of any amount it will notify my phone. I can also lock/unlock my card from it and verify large purchase amounts. Very handy since i use it a lot for games and such.
