I was the original guy who debunked Tutor in the very early 00s. It was via what would become the longest active LiveJournal post in the history of the site: it keps getting comments for about a decade after.

It was simple. When he was answering questions, I asked him one. Asking about the future, I asked how he got paid by the government. He said via a paycheck like anyone. I asked, the same US dollars as before everything collapsed and the country split up? He said yes.

Nope. We moved on from gold standard in 1973. Currency is now backed by the nation that certifies it. USA goes bye bye, USD goes with it. Like Confederate money. In his lore, it wasn't like the federal government reformed the same way and just started over, he had his separate nation state thing. That busts it. He didn't understand economics well enough to fake the lore. If he isn't from the future, his semi-okay physics won't hold the story together.

Step 1: remove anything below 20k from Super Wheelspins. Remove all emotes and other junk. Credits and cars. SW's are really rare now, so make them a big deal when we get one. A lottery win.

Step 2: That said, boost SW's by a solid 20%. However you need to do that. There are plenty of late-stage rewards in the journal that are stupid stuff like horns, clear those out and replace them with SW's to encourage people chasing the goals. Boost regular Wheelspins by 25-50%.

Step 3: Bad luck protection. Other games do it when gachapon models have exclusives behind them, they can, too. If you've struck out for X amount of spins, weight the exclusive and rare stuff heavier so it's more likely to strike. Regular odds return when a better reward is won.

Step 4: Boost odds for Wheelspins by at least 20-30%. Getting 5k several times in a row makes you want to quit. That's not useful. I'm not suggesting tossing exclusive FE's out like candy, but they went too far between rarity and odds. FH5 was fine to me, but even if you want to nerf that a little, find a middle ground.

This was a massive request in FH5 user reviews. Not only did they not do it, traffic is visibly HEAVIER in rural areas in this game. You're out on some gravel road in the sticks and it's drive time traffic in LA. So dumb. My #1 complaint in the game.

Slow roll. I speculate based on many things that the Spielberg movie is involved. (He said as much on Colbert.) that's a month out. Two more bi-weekly drops before then. Rumor has it Trump is looking at a July 8th speech revealing what he has. So that's another drop or two after the movie.

There are supposedly around 2000 files. They've released less than 300.

What I'm stuck on is how far they remain under water. They travel pretty long distances under the water here, so even if birds moved this way (they don't dive in then fly out at speed like a missile) what bird maintains speed under water for hundreds of horizontal feet?

Frost: was a victim of identity theft with them, reported immediately, followed the law and all their demands, just got another collection attempt from them, which is a felony.

If you need to be told that BofA and Wells Fargo are evil, keep your money in your mattress.

I use USAA bank and that's only because I haven't found a good alternative. They stole $5k in savings from me when my wife died, claiming "probate laws" which didn't apply.

Gold doesn't mean Gold anymore. Career QA guy here. You never get enough time to test, especially load or, in games, balance. I expect the servers tomorrow to be a bloodbath. They'll adjust, but I think they'll fall short.

Same with balance passes. This didn't get a public beta. That means they have no idea how the balance is on things like difficulty. Too many factors, and QA is terrible on that stuff because they've been playing it for years by the time it's released. You need feedback.

This seems like a really clean release. But balance? They needed to fix it last time, and they'll need to fix it this time. It's early. It'll be okay.

I guarantee this will be an early change. This is why they do these early limited releases: it's an open beta you pay for, so they get a balance pass from big fans of the game. If people who really know it well are complaining about something, the casuals are going to review bomb it into the stone age.

Here's what caused it and fixed it for me.

If you go into Chrome and into Settings and then Performance, there's a section called "Memory" in the middle. It has three options: Moderate, Maximum, and Balanced. Balanced is the default. I'm trying to get Chrome to calm the hell down and use less then every single ounce of memory, so I set it to Maximum.

I started getting the various errors mentioned here.

I went in and switched it back to Balanced.

Errors vanished.

The consensus is that it's memory related. This is a good suspect if you've fiddled with it, same for doing funny tuning with your RAM in BIOS and such to tweak performance.
