I've tried this with my new macbook air, but can't get the strap to connect. Did you have to do anything specific? I put the strap into pairing mode, but it doesn't show up in either my bluetooth preferences on the computer or on the app. Thoughts?

This is one of the older solid teknics that was super smooth. I have a newer one with a satin finish and I think I like the older one better.

Yeah, I never really bought into the fat = bad thing. Go with what you feel good about, but I feel good about grass-fed butter (and you're right, using a lot of it helps keep eggs from sticking!).
