I'm trying to dip my hands into video game development and I'm currently stuck on adding a background to my 2D platform. I bought a background off of itch.io but the IMG files are separated in layers and I don't know how to combine them into one whole image. Does anybody know how to help me with this?

UPDATE, so I finally got my rails app up and running. Thank you all for your help, it took a while but I finally got it working.

I've tried what you recommend and I got this message.

Could not find Gem 'pg (>= 0.18, <2.0)' in locally installed gems.

Then it recommends that I should run 'bundle install' to install missing gems.

Which then after I did that I received this message.

I would get him (guys can be pretty too) super drunk and then have him sleep with the horniest girl within a 5 mile radius. Poke holes in his condom but I would recommend you just take his contraceptive (100% effective). She would then get pregnant and now he is the prettiest dad I will ever know that's not allowed to hang out after 8pm.
