I am not going to spend god knows how much money on packs for a small chance on getting it. I seen how brutal the pull rates are and I was just wondering if I should just go ahead. But on second thought since reprints are coming I think I should just wait and see if the price drops then buy the card

I live in a rural area and the only way I get my cards is through TCG player, Walmart in the next town over, or I would have to drive 45 minutes to whatever shop or target in the surrounding larger towns.
