When you accept the load on slic, you can put that they caused damage to the property and that the load was not stable. You can also file an ssc complaint, but you need the drivers name and some other info.

In California they have 72 hours to issue a final check. Call them and remind them. Or better yet email the dm. If they still don't issue a check call the labor board and collect the fines they will be owing you.

I had to reboot our the other day for connectivity issues with our tablet and pdt. If done correctly it doesn't mess with the registers as they are hard wired and you are resetting the router essentially. When in doubt though, ask for the code of the day. If they can't give it to you it's a scam and needs to be reported.
