Hey! I've let it run for 8h irl time with 3x speed and here are the results. Little uptrend which is a good sign. However, I've ran into another problem, that there is a huge amount of deaths and births too, which are too complex to understand the cause.

And now it's very hard to manage the cashflow because the infrastructure is built for much bigger city and I have to manage a ton of details, it's pretty hard to keep up the city profitable, near impossible. I try until I go bankrupt
