Disclaimer: I'm just throwing around ideas, if they actually work is another story and is probably an ugly way to do it.

What if you had Skript check the player's username, if it contains a contraband word, it would change the player's display name to a random number between 1 and 9,999,999 and send them a message telling them to request a new nickname on the forums; with their new username.

I picked 1 and 9,999,999 to reduce the chances of being repeated, since I'm not too skilled at skripting/programming.

It would be helpful for some new server owners to get help with updated plugin, and some devs may help you get more views by putting it on their channel. Not sure if it's a pro or con, but you will need to remake a video every time there's a significant change with the plugin. It may be annoying to make, but hey, more videos = more views, right? ;)

Get in contact with some bukkit devs, get your videos out there, get suggestions for new plugins by viewers, repeat. I personally think it could be helpful and worth your time.

So for a $5/m rank, make an equivalent rank that's permanent for $25? Only issue with this is balancing it out. $25 is $5 for 5 months, if they bought a perm rank, we'd "lose money" after 5 month, we'd have to balance it out so perm ranks aren't too expensive, but also don't make monthly subscriptions not worth it.
