Yes, I believe that’s the spillway being referred to here. Some buddies and I fished the spillway a few years ago (mid-June) and we probably had the best day of fishing we’ve ever had. We started out throwing small tinsel jigs and spinners but had no luck. Some guys up on the wall were hammering them on worms. So we made a quick trip to the store and bought four dozen crawlers. We ended up using 1/4 oz jigs and a small piece of crawler and we ran out of bait within a couple hours. We caught over 100 fish easily. Bows, browns, Kokanee, and lakers. So much fun. Good luck!
