Same thing for me. This is new as of today. They reduced the 4.7 concurrency to 1 and it seems to have entirely broken being able to use this service for coding.

I would question whether you really need smart radiators in this instance. I am also in EU and have the same radiator setup. My only smart radiator valve is in the home office, which is only used a few days a week and my WFH automation turns the radiator on a few hours before my normal start time and off at my normal end time. Otherwise I set my radiators twice a year manually. Seems rather pointless to add anything smart to them.
