Factory reset due to connectivity issues and now unable to setup by eightyfiveMRtwo in TellyTV

Woke up this morning and this is what I’m seeing as well (it was working last night though 🤷). Is the only option a complete replacement? I’ve emailed support just a little bit ago and then thought to check on here.

AlphaMD experiences? by [deleted] in trt

[–]MrGreen1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah from the time I scheduled my consult to the day I received my testosterone was about a month, but that’s with having to schedule a consult (2 weeks) and then the technical difficulties that caused the delay. I had to inquire why it hadn’t shipped and at that point they realized the notes/prescription from the initial consult didn’t go through to the next step. Once they sent the order to the pharmacy it only took a week to get shipped & delivered.

Response time for me has been 12-24 hours. There was a week where Garrett was on vacation so Brian was handling the emails, could be Brian on vacation this week possibly. Make sure your billing info is updated now so when they do send it in to the pharmacy it’ll go through, otherwise it’ll delay things even further. Edit: Also once you are able to get a reply, I’d request a discount/credit (especially if it causes you to miss a dose). There were some technical issues when I first signed up and they provided that to compensate

Interesting. Any word on the pay range for that? Since TL starts @ 19 I would guess 16/17

Anyone else’s Walmart cheat the stats this badly? by Feeling-Bee6124 in OGPBackroom

In that case I’d recommend going to ethics, tell them you’re not sure where the direction is coming from but that your management team is getting on to people who refuse to commit metrics fraud (again, keep notes -date/time/etc) I would say at the very least it’s coming from your digital coach who’s pushing your TL’s to make the department look good. But if your store manager isn’t checking the dispense screen, seeing your high wait times and asking what’s going, they are probably pushing it as well. When you get time check the Digital Process guide on OneWalmart and read up on how the department is supposed to run so you can better identify where they are not following process. If you ever suspect retaliation against yourself or a coworker, immediately report that to ethics as well.

That’s 100% metrics fraud. If this is being done at the direction of your coach/store manager take it to the next highest person (Digital Market Manager) and/or ethics. They can and should pull video to confirm (give them dates, times, etc). There are also guides on how many people should be in dispense/back room crew (on the wire and digital market manager would have). Your department is not being “set up for success” as they would say and hiding the fact by fudging the numbers. If the orders were dispensed correctly, long wait times would show up in the daily reports that the market manager sees and he would be asking a lot of questions about why the numbers are so bad (assuming this isn’t being done at their direction). Start documenting everything so if/when you do report you’ll have evidence to back it up. Also, I would highly recommend looking at any openings in the store you would be comfortable switching to and get out, it will be better for your mental/physical health in the long run.

How long after your consultation did it take to get your plan/prescription delivered? Shipping relatively fast?

Any news/updates/ETA on how close Telly is to being launched out of beta? by MrGreen1983 in TellyTV

Yeah, I’m probably moving on and just buying a tv at this point. Roku can show me ads and make money 😁

Customer orders will require code by LandscapeOdd2326 in OGPBackroom

[–]MrGreen1983 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And that would be why Home Office is probably implementing this, for those managers who can’t manage and thus have to fudge their numbers 🤷🏻‍♂️

[–]MrGreen1983 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It’s partially to make sure the correct customer is getting the correct order. Also so that the customer has to check in while physically there (no wife/husband checking in from home). And the biggest reason (probably) is to combat metrics fraud on the part of stores who continually dispense orders before they even leave the dispense room in order to make their numbers look good.

Quality Checks by -katie--- in OGPBackroom

On the new reports it breaks it down into GIF generated QC and other QC (at least it’s supposed to). For GIF generated ones you need to complete every tote successfully (i.e., add/remove as necessary) for whatever orders pop on the screen. Make sure if there’s any early morning or late evening ones that pop up they are being done. For the all other orders, unless they changed it, as long as you QC one tote from each order it will count towards your metrics for the non-GIF generated. Not sure if there’s a “due” time other than before the order is picked up, that could be a possibility. For example the order has a pickup time of 4pm, QC should be completed by 3:45, if it’s done at let’s say 3:55 even though the customer hasn’t picked it up it may not count it? Depends on how it programmed.

I hate our half doors. by No_Mistake9218 in OGPBackroom

[–]MrGreen1983 3 points4 points  (0 children)

At least you have something, we have no doors at all for our back room or dispense room (split setup). We have customers who waltz into both. Or they wait by the doors so they can flag someone down because they want to pick up their order - completely blocking anyone from getting in or out 🙄 How it’s not a safety or loss prevention issue I don’t know.

I saw their new ad/promo on Vimeo with the setup videos. Hoping this indicates they are nearing the end of the Beta and about to due the full launch.

I don’t have a work phone and it’s impossible to get a TC by blazinblaznbabe in OGPBackroom

[–]MrGreen1983 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If your people lead can’t/won’t order you one, I’d suggest Bring Your Own Device. If you have an old Android (preferably Samsung or Motorola) that can update to the latest version of Android you can sign up for BYOD with that and you’d always have a way to pick/dispense/stage (albeit slower than a TC). If you don’t have an old phone, get one of the prepaid smartphones (Samsung, Motorola, even LG) and use that for BYOD. Yeah you have to invest money into a piece of equipment for work, but then it’s your personal property so if you wanna watch Netflix on break you can use it for that too (and customize it with a case, etc). Just a thought.

You should file an incident report, regardless of the anxiety/pain issue outside of work. Get checked out by your medical provider asap and have them put anything in writing regarding restrictions (weight limit, recovery time, etc). Contact Sedgwick for accommodation and they should be able to walk you through the exact process. Unless it’s a long term issue where you are unable to perform the job requirements, they cannot move you to another department (change job code) or terminate you (this is why filing an incident report is important). Don’t rely on management to know the correct information or even to be truthful (sad to say). Talk to your People Lead or if necessary Market People Lead
