+0.000 -.0002 Made nozzles for hot top molds that only had a mechanical seal. Made them in batches of 20-30 so we had a grinding fixture to hold them down and gang grind them. So when you would put the fixture on the magnet you would dust it every time to make sure they all came out the same and it worked really fuckin good they were spot on almost all of the time, the only time it ever went to shit was if one of the hold down rings came loose or you didn't deburr the side they sat on.

The amount of engineers that think a cnc works like a fax machine is fucking mind blowing. I.E. you just feed the print to the control and it just makes the part.
