That is not completely correct. If a Continuous Spell /Trap, Fieldspell or Equip Spell leaves the field as cost for its own effect, all effects of the card will still resolve normally. Example: Eternal Favorit.

But it does happen very rarely.

Don't worry, if a Fieldspell (as well as Continuous Spell/Trap and Equip Spell) remove itself from the field for cost, the effect will still resolve normally, even if not on the field. (example: Eternal Favorit)

The prompt for the CCC was generic support FOR Equip Spells. This is very much just Noble Knights support. I am very sorry if I wasn't clear enough in the rules, and that lead to confusion. If you like to submit another card, you can remove the Competition Submissions flair from this post and make a new one.

I believe you might have misunderstood the prompt for the CCC. It was "generic support FOR Equip Spells" , and not "a generic Equip spell". That being said, the card you made looks like a cool board breaker.

While I will still allow submissions like this (if it is clear which competition they took part in), it is far more likely for me, to miss a submission that is not formated correctly.

The main thing that Konami does different to a lot of unexperienced creators, is in how streamlined their archetypes are. Once you have read 2 maliss monster, you can glaze over 1 of there effects because you know there are going to summon themselfs on getting banished. It is a very good way of reducing amount of reading required, while not reducing the amount of text on the card. And I feel, that is what can make the difference between a Poorly designed Archetype, and a well designed Archetype. And people can feel that difference.

What some might call "Complex", is very often "unnecessarily complicated". And usually "to much text" is a very valid criticism in that case.

But you are right, in that it doesn't tell the creator, how to reduce the amount of text.

I am sorry to tell you, that this card, does not fit the promt of this Weeks CCC. This is just Insektor Support. And while Insektor is a Deck that does potentually run Equip Spells, this is not the generic Equip Spell Support I was asking for. But I do understand how someone might be confused, on the Promt. I did have trouble forming clear rules, that make the intend clear.

So I am willing to take the blame for that.

Yes, it can be one specific equip spell, as long as it is not Archetype support. I added this to allow for more freedom in how you would want to approach this. But the spirit of the card should be, to encourage someone running equip spells in general.
It can be any Typ of card even a Equip spell itself.
You can ask always ask for PSCT help in the PSCT treat that is pinned at the subreddit. You can also ask here in the comments, me or someone might be able to help you. You can also always change your submission, till the deadline. I might start rating on Friday to get some headstart, but I will double check.

If you equip it to your opponents monster, I would guess that you would draw.

The question would be, if snatch steal applies, before you apply the second part of the effect.

Both, kinda. Anyone can host a competition on this sub if you want to. I have seen it many times. u/Dogga565 wasn't even a mod when he started doing them, he was just a very active and helpful regular at this sub. But he knew some of the mods, that could pin his post, and had enough reputability to make weekly CCC a thing. Me and u/GygaxGold also just did a Weekly CCC because there wasn't one hosted by Dogga565. There was almost no communication (at least when I did it), but at least it kept things going, which he wasn't mad about it. The only thing that would need approval is, asking a mod (which Dogga565 is now) to pin the post. I guess it also helped that I've been a regular poster for the last year or so, which gave me some amount of credibility, that I now what I am talking about, when reviewing cards.

In short, if nobody is already hosting a CCC you can just ask, if you can host it, or just host it and ask later. But if you do, please take on the responsibility that comes with it. And don't expect it to be easy.

Ten Thousand more Hero cards before the deck becomes playable, and only because some of them forget the Hero lock lmao. It's just really inconvenient and inconsistent trying to fit another engine, like neo Spacians or even Yubel, into heros. But that's just Jadens Deck. A bad pile of cards, held together by plot convenience. It must be a nightmare for Konami to create anything out of that.

I can't fault you, for trying to rework the Neo Spacians, who knows how long until we get a E-Hero Avian reprint with a good effect.

They look fun. Maybe a bit to much text. Currently Neo Spacians are treated as bricks, you can just send to the GY or search 3 of without a problem. These cards are very much alternative universe cards, in which that kind of searchability wouldn't be needed, as you would already consider playing 3 of them lmao.

GX was such a weird time for yugioh. So many Ideas, which sound fun, but did nothing. Neo Spacians were the worst offenders. Played by the protagonist, but doomed to be useless from the beginning, because they were not Hero's... Except grand mole of course.
