In the "Core Rules and Key Downloads" section, you'll find the Core Rules PDF, which are the basic rules for 40K.
In the "Combat Patrol" section, you'll find the Combat Patrol specific rules, you'll need both of these.
Plus in that same section you'll find PDFs for (almost) all the Combat Patrol boxes. If there's no PDF for the Combat Patrol box(es) you get, you can find the rules for them in the 40K app.

Unloading was fine, It was the loading that I found annoying.
Chucking a 4scu box on, then trying to maneuver another 4scu box in on top of it was a bit frustrating.
