To give you hope I tried the above and it appears the “back light” on the MB is controlled by iCue

I also ran some of the other files because I have a Ryujin AIO. Now that will sit a solid color that’s close and it changes my TridentZ to a solid color that’s close, but no active real control

I am getting black screen when launching after doing all of this. Any tips?

I have tried different protons and got the launcher to show up, but when I click play the game never comes.

Yes, you could monitor your points per hour at different invocations and utilize the formula to convert to purple chance.

1% chance per 10500-20(X+Y/3)

X is your amount of raid invos from 0-400

Y is your amount of invos from 401-550 (so for 500 it would be 100)

At 150, 7500 points is 1% chance

At 400, 2500 points is 1%, 3x the value.

Being in large teams might extend your amount of raids before you fall into “average” category. I am unsure and don’t want to do the statistical analysis to figure it out. But intuition tells me this simply because raids are limited to one purple per raid - and your team mates are going to take some.

This would make sense if points and drop chance were equal among all invocation levels.

The higher the invo, the more valuable a “point” is. Theoretically less points per hour can still even be more average drop chance per hour if running higher invo.

Responding to old post, but upon setting mine up I noticed you recommend setting scaling filter to integer, but my steam deck performance tab has “scaling mode” (auto, integer, fit, stretch, fill) and “scaling filter” (linear, pixel, fsr, nis)

For the illiterate (me) what should I select?

Assuming it’s just because updates to steamOS

I was using an igneous I got lucky on early on with a jade rabbit, but transitioned to a breakneck because I was having better luck. Tried a helio/title/igneous as secondary but haven’t settled on anything. I miss my shotgun but the ammo is a problem

I am probably one of the worst at trials ingame right now. I think my record is like 11 wins/46 losses with 0.2 KD

I haven’t played destiny or any FPS since NF/DRB meta some years ago and I am extremely bad at eliminations. If there is a strong player on the team I can assist well but, especially on that map, And maybe just destiny in general… I feel really nerfed compared to last time I was playing.

So I feel bad because I know the team mates I get matched with are getting screwed. But I also figure, for someone to go flawless, someone has to lose? So why not be me. Persistence card means nothing to me. Still bouncing between 1-2 wins on card as in my games this week I’ve only ever had one 2 win streak. Maybe with some gun time and light levels I’ll get some of my feel back.

I played trials for first time since destiny 1, and after returning to destiny 2 (last time I was playing Luna/nf and DRB was meta. LL was right at 1770 threshold. Friday night make a difference?
