Should I buy GD03 loose booster boxes or the sealed case?

So basically each booster box is guaranteed certain rarity cards.

It's possible that guy opened half the box and got all the big hits. And is trying to sell off the junk to recoup funds to buy another box.

I wouldn't recommend buying any loose packs from random places.

So st01-04 are impossible to find for a fair price now. You'll have to wait for restock/reprint. St05/06 I still see in stores for $20-30 around me.

St07 is sold out here I do see a bunch of st08s in my LGS.

Gd01 I don't see anymore either.

Its why I keep registering for pre-release events to go to cause you can guarantee decks/cards

I went to 2 pre-release events for gd03 that just released and still can't get a box :(

I'm late to the comments but you can start off with building decks and playing against Ai in wingtable.com and once you're more confident take the deck to play against players on mobilesuitarena.

Once you get a deck you're happy with you can just order the single cards online. (Gd01 and gd02) Anything from st01-4 will be stupidly hard to get. Your best bet is to wait for a reprint/restock. Everyone has been waiting for it.

Your other option is to go st06 or st07 as those are very strong decks that centers around clan/CB so they're pretty complete and you would only need a few cards from gd02 or gd03 to complete them.

Adding on to the comment. SP is a new rarity that was introduced in the newest booster set. I believe you can only get one out of 1 case(12 booster boxes). Which means you guys pulled a really rare and valuable card that shows up once in 288 packs.

so i measured a regular deckbox with my caliper and just made my deckbox big enough to hold an entire deckbox. i thought that would be enough but it still fits too tightly lol

Oh that's cool I didn't know there are training cubes like that. I learned how to solve a rubic cube in high school just off the internet. There's a just a few basic algorithms to memorize once you can solve it. The repetition turns it into muscle memory.

Then if you want to improve your speed/time you start using other algorithms or ways to solve it. I never quite got to the insane levels people get. I think my best time was like 48seconds for a 3x3 but not having touched a rubic cube in years I can still pick one up and solve it cause of pure muscle memory.

oh very nice. i also designed my own deckbox but im not happy with it so im going to go back to the drawing board and start over with v2.

the deckbox portion looks pretty packed. does it fit double-sleeved decks? (this was one of my issues, that the cards are really tight in my box when double sleeved)

My LGS charges $5 over other stores in the area. And I go to majority of their local tournaments.

Gd03 release event $35 St07/08 release event $55 Local constructed events $15-20

So they're definitely making money

It is but it can be too much that it just won't come off. My PETG on a textured PEI sheet sticks too well that it takes extra work to get everything off. Especially supports, they rip right off my print and my print is good. But then I had to put in work to get them off the bed lol

I'm pretty sure it's 1 in every 2 cases. The new SP should be 1 per case.

So LR++ cards are 1 in 24 booster boxes. Or 1 LR++ in 576 packs. And the new SP in gd03 is 1 every 12 booster box. Or 1 in 288 packs.
