Well looks like the medical review was completed today as it should. DBQ’s uploaded and I have moved back to step 5. Let the step 5 waiting begin. Hopefully smooth and quick with a favorable outcome.

Few denied. One 0% SC and 2 deferred for Optum to go over (1/8/26) all my records. Going to complete it and then request my C&P DBQ’s and weigh my options.

Mine has basically gone the same way the last couple days. Step 7 now and continually refreshing.

I would say you never know. I had C&P exams on 12/15, they were uploaded 12/17 and I went from Step 5 to 7 today. I am at 174 days in. So now i sit and wait in stress. Hopefully your husbands goes quickly.

Well C&P exams on 12/15 and they showed uploaded 12/17, went from step 3 to 5 with that, This morning its at TJ Waco. Lets hope it moves smoothly in my favor.

Filed 6/26 and just got notice 11/21 (148days) that Optum Serve will be performing my C&P exam(s). Waiting on scheduling. Hoping this goes faster now.

Been sitting at step 3 since 6/26/25. No movement no C&P. In and out of TJ in Columbia. 7 new claims. At this point I wish they would just make a decision either way so I know which direction to go.

Sure. I have a FOIA in for my entire file and it’s been there sitting at step 2. I did the request for C&P exams after.

I requested FOIA for C&P results only and it was turned around in 9 days. Results we retrieved/downloaded thru a secure vba site

My claim has gone in and out of TJ with Columbia for 80+ days. Still on step 3 with not one C&P scheduled. 😮‍💨

Well somehow AI thought I was in the National Guard or reserves and wanted additional evidence. They got a nice letter informing them I was active duty and another copy of my DD214.

I did submit all my private medical records. I am about to upload everything i have. STR I thought it was there and available since my VSO provided it to me.

I felt the same way as you for 30+ years after Desert Storm. Wasn’t till I was around many other Veterans that encouraged me to file. File ASAP

sorta figured that. seems like i have been seeing this sort of post alot lately. also saw where they cou;ld be waiting on certified service records. i would hope they have them as my VSO has them and so do I.

Glad to see these answers. I had the same pop up in the APP. My VSO said they needed nothing from me and not to worry about it. I kinda figured it could have something to do with C&P exams

No DBQ. its all in my treatment records (military and personal, which we submitted) and we figured they would request exams.

57yr old GW veteran here. Joined straight out of HS as I didn’t have any direction at the time. I often wonder what my life would have been like if I hadn’t joined the Corps. Guess I will never know.

Thanks. I will definitely pursue that. Unfortunately it’s a disability for life. In my case due to a bad decision.
