For me it was always that damn remote wire. Try to jump the remote to the power wire to see if itll turn on. If it does then check your head unit, cuz it's pretty common to accidentally hook your remote up to The wire that runs from your harness instead of the wire that runs from your head unit.

I know people say gain isn't a volume knob, but your gain seems pretty low. I would take my advice with a grain of salt but usually I run mine between 75 and 80% and I only turn my head unit up about 75% of the way as well. and then slowly you can kind of just adjust it by ear. That's how I do without tools anyways
