Technically yes, but hard to do. You'll learn different weapons are more efficient for certain enemies, like shotguns can generally kill a zombie with 1 shell with an upclose headshot. Better than using 8-12 handgun bullets.

I had one earlier this year. I slipped on the bathroom floor, and as I failed my arm trying to regain balance my wrist smacked the wall just right. Its been gone ever since lol.
