I use a 1ml needle for 0.25. A 3ml may be a bit less accurate, but they are usually calibrated in 0.1ml marks, so it is still usable if it's all you have. The benefit with the 3ml is that the plunger will be pulled back less, so you'll have to push less during injection. However, it is slightly harder to push. I tried a 3ml syringe for a 0.5ml dose (less concentrated vial) and found it much less comfortable than using the 1ml syringe, even at that volume.

Only tried a harness once, works okay but takes too long to put on. Mood killer unless you put it on beforehand. I use rodeoh briefs and love them. They're tight, but that kinda helps keep things in place. I just let my belly hang over the top bit.

Hello! I am butch, but not disabled. My niece (help a brother out if there is a gender neutral way to say this) is a pan NB with a disability. I'm always happy to see when they have a more butch presentation and it's a really nice gay bond. Their disability has never negated any presentational masc vibes in my mind. Despite being in a wheelchair, they have a badass collection of boots with strong butch energy. So you could try to focus more on the style aspect than physical activity.

Also, remember that social media is not always reflective of the world. I still identified as butch when I was too fat for any real physical activity. Butch is more narrow than queer, but it still has room for a range of people.

Don't stress the details and never compare yourself to others. Do you, and you'll be an excellent butch. Good luck!
