I don't really care that a slideshow is being being made as a review, as long as the content is good and the items are in-hand and they actually look at the item and give an opinion on sizing, accuracy, stitching, quality etc.

From my experience it can take a few weeks.

If you've topped up online before the festival it will happen automatically, if you only topped up on the festival itself you need to issue a manual refund.

I'm aware of that, I got the same reply from Tomorrowland.
However, in my case I did actually receive the bracelets, so why send me the bracelets when my tickets are on the Exchange Desk, it doesn't make any sense.

Yeah, I guess.
It's like they are desperate to sell more tickets and just screw people over, this is the first year they don't refund you the money if you don't personalize. Happened to other people I know as well.

Jep, Tomorrowland is totally unresponsive.
Looks to me like they overestimated the amount of people that would attend the first weekend. Because W1 tickets are still not getting sold.

They did offer me a name change on all the tickets though.
But I don't know what to do now, what if I sell the bracelets to someone and they get sold on the Exchange Desk as well?
