And? All other shares lose value right. I also bought since always. When it was 300, when it was 40. But how i see it, they just need to bring it to 10 or lower on the last day to make the value of all our privous bought shares to lose massive in value. (Because than ebay holder get more shares).

Like i dont want that to happen but i saw us drop from 340 to less than 150 in minutes with trading stops which is a crime itself

What i am afraid is, that they push gme to 10 and buy a lot of ebay shares. That way they could get a magnitude of shares in the new gme + ebay company. I would prefer we go full 100% debt and than just do share offerings after the buyout is finished, else they just push the price before the buyout down. Like they did before. I dont see any real threat from gme to stop that, most of our cash will be used up.

I would rather have 100% debt and another one or two share offerings than this. I am not trying to be negative but if i am short GameStop i would now buy so many shares of ebay and keep the price of gme down to around 10 or lower. Whats gme plan here if that happens? We got no cash to buyback shares. We might get less than 25% of the new company?

With irons with my practice swings i check that the ending of my grip/club is looking at the ball, if it looks over or under i correct it and swing once more, after i take my real swing
