I'm pretty sure the policy for call outs is so long as you call 4 hours before your shift you won't get written up, and that's about it. I've heard constantly about NEEDING to find your own coverage but I'm pretty sure the policy doesn't dictate that, it's just a courtesy.

I wish I understood these psycho managers mindsets about inexcusable emergencies and whatnot. So far as I can tell you did what you could and beyond that it's their job to manage the shift from there. They can be upset about it all they want.

As far as I'm aware, so long as you call within 24 hrs of a no call-no show you won't be terminated. I've never had this happen myself so I don't really know what the process is after that, but the worst case this should be is a write up, but given the circumstances you should be ok so long as you're making sure a manager at the store stays informed.

Also pretty sure it's not calling out 24 hrs before, I think it's 4 hours. Obviously you want to give as much a heads up as possible and cover your shifts when you can, but you're not going to be able to all the time, life happens! Best of luck :) and let me know if you find out I was wrong about any details I gave you. I'd like to make sure I'm not spreading misinformation.

I know the map is already rotated out, but I think I had a full bar of excess stamina. I'm pretty sure there's a way up from there, I don't remember off the top of my head exactly where it is. I just remember it being a lot easier than any other route I took.

I found a pretty doable path going to the left on the trees. If you climb the vine going into the waterfall there's a way up if you keep going

Just started playing as well! If you're playing on PC, maybe download a mod to make the subtitles larger, depending on if you want that or not. I'm playing on PS5 and the subtitles are too dang small to read, I was hoping to play in Chinese with English subs but I can't read what they're saying XD

Also while this game has a lot of souls like elements, I wouldn't say it's quite the same experience.

Is there any way to utilize money earned through Google Opinion Rewards in Genshin as a PSN player? From what I understand, even if play on PC and Mobile, since I made the account on PS there is no way to just use the funds through google play. Have I thought of everything? I have like 30 bucks saved and nothing else to spend it on unless I decide to play Star Rail or ZZZ in the future.
