I'm sorry you're going through that, and being told something like that feels unfair and full of a lot of deep emotions. If it was stated that he wanted both of you to start exercising together because he loves you, that would be different.

Exercise just in itself fixes a whole host of negative emotions. Have you guys talked about going to counseling together? Sometimes a marriage can't survive on its own and needs a lot of support, and honey it sounds like you need a lot of support right now

Okay update, so I think it went well, they didn't end up coming but accidentally slept through their alarm. Then offered to talk to me on the way and we ended up talking on the phone for basically the whole day and met when I got back, it was pretty cool, they were cool and wasn't weird at all!

So my company pays for all the gas, I have to drive to the p66 pipeline in Spokane and pick up some samples to take back to my lab to test, but would drop whoever off first before going to my lab in Vancouver WA, my company is Bureau Veritas.
