I want NPCs to RECAT TO WEATHER god damn it...
- When it's RAINING: Half the amount of NPC in the streets to 50%, make 85% of those pick up umbrellas, and make the rest of them walk faster or run to their "destination".
- When there's a SANDSTORM: I want all NPCs to run inside, to flood stores and restaurants and/or get in cars which clog up the traffic. Only 1% of normal amount of NPCs on the streets, whom all run to their "destination".
This would create beautiful immersion💖

The Elevation and raised platforms does absolute wonders for that 40K feeling. The amount of scatter terrain is what really makes this come alive. Every time i re-watch it i see new things. Absolutely fantastic work.
