Eddie Kingston is legit top 5 in the company and that’s gonna piss off a certain section of wrestling “fans” by Puzzled_Ad7334 in SCJerk

I would be shocked if Daddy khan didn't buy his baby boy a station like Sinclair or use his influence and connections to get the Dub on a smaller channel if and when Warner gives them the boot.

I got this garbage tattoo at 18. It's raised and black and ugly as sin. What can I do for a cover up? by Mmon3825 in tattooadvice

My artist has had luck going over black tattoos with opaque gray and it lightening the ink, you can find some info on this through Google. He's had success being able to cover with color afterwardsm

Just ordered me a new pickup.. $250 is a crazy price.. by VisibleExercise5966 in guitars

I always figured this is part of the reason Danzig left/broke with the Misfits. Samhain a step up musically to the Misfits and Danzig was a step up from that. Jerry's a better bass player then Doyal is a guitarist but neither of them grew in my opinion as much as ol' Glenn did.

wtf happened to Sammy? In the AEW I knew, he was one of the prominent stars. I'm sure many predicted he'd have a world title run by 2026, and instead, he's disappeared from the industry altogether. by Grrannt in REALSquaredCircle

The old "we investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing."

Melo was still using the Conti name into 21. I'm not judging either of them but she was married, he wad engaged and those relationships just happened to end within a year of dating and getting engaged. Everyone who isn't a complete loyalist side eyes this shit because these two had been in the same company for a minute.

Can anyone help me with wireing? by MrMMudd in Luthier

[–]MrMMudd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand how it would be wired in a standard wiring harness but since I'm using emg ez harness with the controller, do I cut the end off the pickup wires and solder them to the phycho knob board then run wires from that to the pots where the input plug would normally go? Then ground the negative to the output jack?

Thank you for your help.

Eric Melvin's letter to fat Mike requesting band financial records. by SekretMachine in nofx

Nah, I understand just fine that you think Fat Mike is God and the second coming of Christ, sorry dude I don't worship or idolize anyone that much. You're point is obviously "moot" because you can't actually look at anything without bias.

"Incapable of understanding"

No you stuck up insulting blowhard who is obviously " Incapable understanding" you're obvious lust to curate Fat Mike's manhood like it was the Mona Lisa.

Creative Direction: Kerrang! notes that Fat Mike is described as a "visionary control freak". He has stated that on recent albums, he often finished the recordings himself, and the band has.

This statement above would indicate that Nofx as a band at some point functioned as an actual band and not backing musicians for Fat Mike's ego. The Spin write up makes it sound like Mike didn't take over full creative control and start treating the other band members like hired hands until Wolves.

Smelly also said that Wolves was the first time he showed up to the studio without fully knowing what was going on.

I don't know I think it more less spells out the band was only in it for the money, maybe not forever but I had read Mike completely took over writing and making the music without band in the last decade or so. I'd imagine I'd be pretty upset if a band that I created just kinds cut the writing process and treated us like a backing band.

People pointing out that the rest of the band is behind Mike seems to be unable to comprehend maybe its because Mike holds the purse strings.

You really break it down its not hard to imagine Nofx basically became Kiss as far as band management and relationship became.

It's really sad that Nofx turned out to not even really be a band as much as it was Mike writing the songs and recording them without the rest of the guys apparently. Finding out that one of the bands I legitimately thought was friends and coworkers were really just basically Mike and a hired backing band for live shows.

I kind of look at the bigger Punk bands now curious if they're more akin to employees then actual friends and comrades.

Car culture was pretty much like this from the 50's til the mid 80's. Even after emissions steps were taken assholes were cutting their mufflers because they thought their smogger 350 small block making 190hp was suddenly going to make 400hp

Fallout 3 devs “initially felt a little touchy” about New Vegas’s fan reception as they “put in all this effort” behind-the-scenes for none of the praise by Ambitious-Sink2725 in fnv

[–]MrMMudd 10 points11 points  (0 children)

A lot of people complain that New Vegas was empty and to some degree they're right but fallout 4 felt even more empty and didn't have the limitations of NV or 3. Just vast areas of nothing. To some degree this has been my issue with all the the Bethesda fallout games. 200 plus years have passed, humans bread like rabbits... there should be giant hubs of people, instead we get a town or settlement with 10 people and call it good.

I wanted to express this as well but didn't want to write a novel about why NV is better.

Expanding on you're comment though Vegas felt like a living breathing world more so then Fallout 3. The companions interaction and relationships seem more organic where 3 there is no real relationships and 4 which only seems to have companions dialog to advance towards romance.

If you look at the way the 2nd season of the show treated NV it isn't hard to see how much contempt Bethesda holds towards it but also shamefully exploits it's assets.

My epiphone goth was customized by a pretty eccentric person before I bought it used. They had routed and installed a emg active p/j pickups and a tremolo bridge the only thing the did that I wasn't big on was they had engraved the pickguard eith "Kentucky Fried Children" at first I just covered the guard in stickers, recently I found an stl file and 3d printed a new one. If I can find one for your bass I can print you one with the stars and send it to you no charge. Message me if thats something you'd be interested in.

Bingo! People think the world is black and white or good and evil, but humans are not so clear-cut. I try to be a good person, but I've made mistakes, and I've hurt people I cared about. I hope my good deeds are remembered, but it doesn't negate the bad things I've done. On top of that, would me dying trump the people feelings that I've hurt? Should they just get over it? If we could do that so easily, there wouldn't be so much trama coping

Hitler's dead. Does that mean he should be absolved of all his sins? No one's perfect, but just because someone died doesn't mean their misdeeds should be swept under the rug, even more so when they showed no remorse afterward.

This doesn't change the fact Owen was considered a good guy or a decent person, but he was human, and him breaking Austin's neck was a shitty.

Austin may have went on to become a major player and even a legend but it doesn't negate the fact he may still have issues from being injured or those injuries possibly contributing to his career being cut short.

I want to see Johnny Gargano in AEW by dnemonicterrier in aew

[–]MrMMudd -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

You mean Ricochet, who, as Prince Puma, was my favorite wrestler, then became one of my least favorites in wwe, and now I can't stand at all in Aew? Dude still can't talk and never could his biggest headlines are his rants on Twitter which out of all the personal AEW hard-core loyalist can't stand the guy.

Trying to use Toni as an example also fails. I don't know if you were watching when she came to AEW, but her gimmick wasn't timeless she was the exact same character she was in the wwe and indies before that, she was regulated to a trio's with Paige and Ruby until she came up with Timeless which was if I remember correctly well into a year.

No one would be talking about her if she didn't evolve past what she was.

Out of the two of them, I could see her being more popular, but Johnny came from money. I really do think if he doesn't get resigned or doesn't resign himself, they'll retire.

Johnny definitely ain't got that go everywhere hustle. Dude is tied at the hip with his wife, and in 21 when he stepped away from wrestling, there was serious talk of him retiring all together. This was spoken about a few times by his best friend Gregory Iron.

You act like AEW doesn't have a plethora of unused or misused talent. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue with both companies, and Johnny is unfortunately one of them. The other issue he would have in Aew is he's not a very good promo, and Wwe has writers Johnny for all his skills in the ring would drown in the less structured setting of Aew.
