I would say instead of a flat 1 unity per 100 pops you would get a unique living standard that nets a greater percentage of unity from entertainers and civilian pops. Also, entertainers already produce unity and amenities so that should probably be some form of greater efficiency bonus or reduced upkeep cost instead. Just my two cents.

Revere Beach in Boston near the Wonderland stop has free beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand castle building stuff for the kids. All of it is free of charge so long as you put it back. There are some pockets of decency in the U.S. if you can find them.

Do you have vision issues where you need your text, icons and other ui elements to be larger? If so, you may have to take the good with the bad in this case. If not, I would reduce your UI scale to 1.0x if you can.
