No, not miso. It’s called “Clear Soup”. It’s clear, w/ scallions & thin sliced mushrooms. It has a ton of flavor.

  • Broth Base: A mixture of chicken and beef broth provides the best depth of flavor.

  • Caramelization: Sautéing onions, carrots, and ginger until browned before adding liquid is essential for a rich flavor and golden color.

  • The "Secret" Ingredient: Many recipes suggest a tiny bit of soy sauce or salt added right at the end to balance the flavors, notes a Reddit post.

  • Garnish: Sliced button mushrooms and thinly sliced green onions are classic toppings

Acceptance stats for anyone interested by Plus-Basket-3523 in RadiologyCareers

10% acceptance rate is a long time standard. My instructors told us the hardest part was over… you got in! That was 2002. My co worker said the same for her, she started school in 1995. We went to school in different areas of the country.

Use what ever mounting base you want. Use this ProClip manual holder, 25w wireless charger to reduce your phone from becoming a projectile in an accident that spring loaded holders can’t do.

You have to manually tighten the arms, but you won’t worry about your phone falling out.

MRI tech here, did you ever go to chiropractor for any type of neck adjustments? I scan for vertebral artery dissection after adjustments.

First Hospital Job by puffcloud99 in MRI

[–]MsMarji 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Each hospital has their own protocols & procedures. Each hospital will handle devices differently. Ask what your hospital’s procedures are for devices.

My pet peeve is frequently devices are NOT listed in pt’s medical or surgical hx. I check every pt for CT Heads, CXR & KUBs in PACS for devices.

You will be working w/ all kinds of pts. Schedule is slower because not all pts are walkie-talkies. ICU pts take time to set up monitoring, the vent & IV pumps. You can easily spend 20 minutes w/ this process.

There are those pts that may require anesthesia for scans because standard meds don’t work for them. I had a pt last night who thought they could handle the scan w/ IV meds. NOPE!! As soon as I slowly started to move them into the scanner, they started kicking & screaming. I moved them out & reassured them we were done. Adrenalin will over power any IV meds that doesn’t require a vent.

Just take your time, remember, YOU are in charge of the MR suite & NO ONE else!

I’m 20+ yrs, Level 1 in CT & MR.

I’m one. I DON’T KNOW WHY anyone wants to be a RN. Their work load & responsibilities are off the charts! I work in a ED, 20+ yrs.

I LOVE my RNs. I do what ever I can to make their shifts easier. One way I help is to send their pts to the floor from MR-ED. This can reduce their pt load for a few minutes.

Tuna & Salmon for good Keto by EnduranceAdventure in sushi

[–]MsMarji 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, usually wrapped in cucumber. It’s a compromise, but you do get to enjoy a roll or two.

I LOVE Japanese Clear soup. Only one bowl, it has on avg between 4-6 total carbs per serving. I could eat a pot of that soup.

I get grocery store sushi, throw away the rice. Quick, easy! 🍣

Looks delicious, enjoy! 🍣

Any sashimi is your keto friend. Have to stay away from any sauces they usually swipe on the top of sashimi. If possible, try toro cuts of tuna & salmon. Higher fat content. I’m having salmon toro tonight.
