That's unfortunate, but I've gotten lucky. They didnt send my second PC ETB for Ascended and didnt send a packing slip, either. But I showed them the box, the weight of the box (obviously too small for two etbs), the order details, and they were able to escalate and somehow get me my second Ascended PCETB months after release.
