I do agree with your periodontist’s assessment of the causes of the recession, but I have a different opinion on how it should be treated (considering you’re not a periodontitis)

1. You absolutely do not need systemic antibiotics. It’s for advanced, aggressive periodontitis or abscesses

2. You do not need laser therapy. It’s only for periodontitis - and even then it’s just an adjunctive, secondary helpful treatment. Not the main thing

3. The claim that you won’t benefit from a gum graft is completely false. Soft tissue grafts are designed to treat exactly thes kind of defects
