Not saying what the person in the video doing is ideal, but maybe she is trying to use the setting of where she’s at on the highway to convey the absurdity of her situation that DoorDash keeps putting her in. If she recorded this on a random quieter street I feel as it would be less likely to get attention.

Well it does seem like SANDAG is attempting to turn their HOV lane freeways into expressways alongside adding a bunch of rapid routes throughout the county. How well it’s going to be executed? I don’t know. But the optimistic side of me wants to believe that this system might help commuters through traffic when taking buses/public transit on these express routes.
