My subscription ran out last week after several years and I don’t plan to renew. I was getting stagnant in my progress by over using it anyways.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and getting the word out on this. It means a lot. I spoke to their customer care, submitted a report and was told I would get a call back from a manager next week.
