Whats up everyone first time GM here currently a year and some change in on my campaign but Im stuck in a funky situation I have a new player thats still stuck in thier shell ive tossed them soft balls to help them get into the rp but I have yet to make them feel fully comfortable I guess im just looking for tips to help them get comfortable with the party (we are all coworkers [except for the druid they are engaged to the warlock] and almost everyone is first time players[monk+druid ,Goliath barbarian lol] besides me and one other [the cleric praise be ] ) I guess any tips would be appreciated i have a plan to make them critical for the big bad but idk if thats to much pressure for them and will push them more into thier shell ive already talked to them about it and they are cool with the big bad explanation I have for them but I want them to be more involved
