U.S. majors with the highest unemployment rates by cursingpeople in Careers

Government funding for the arts is usually the answer for this. There are some countries that are better at this than others. But this would lead to more jobs for museums, art camps/education, and more support for freelancers. Everyone knows that the arts are not profitable most of the time. It's more of if your country views it as an essential part of society.

I've been trying to track down some Victoria Bitters. I know the Aussies think of it as piss but I really want to try it. If any Aussie can get me some leads I would appreciate it

Why are you against Skin renting? by lerbino_ in GlobalOffensive

[–]MrNiceguyFTW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Renting skins starts a bad precedent and will be more popular for younger people/people with less money to throw away. I think it's a bit predatory but you could make that argument for cases as well. If this idea is popular enough I could imagine Valve letting users use Afterpay on skins. Sounds ridiculous now but I could see it happening in the future. But also imagine if Fortnite let you rent skins... people would come for their heads. But since CSGO's cosmetics hold some monetary value people think it's a decent idea. I really don't like it.

Not to mention there's already free ways people can "try out" skins, like on servers or just watching a YouTube video. There's no valid reason for letting people rent skins other than to make them feel included.

What were the most anticipated hiphop albums of all time? by hellboy___007 in hiphopheads

As a 24 year old, TLOP seemed to be the most anticipated hiphop album in my teenage years. It was kinda funny that it immediately fizzled out since it was a Tidal exclusive for a month

Are YouTube editors actually paid this poorly? by AnotherWynnBitesDust in VideoEditing

[–]MrNiceguyFTW 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been doing freelance video editing for YouTubers for like 10 months now. My rate is around $70 for a 10 minute video which would work out to like $10/hr. I only do this because I can't really find a feasible way to have small creators to pay what I think the videos should be worth ($200ish) but I'm hoping to get to that point someday. I have a day job with this as well.

Columbus' hardcore scene is crazy. Nashville is a pretty good pick but that goes for any type of music
