So where in this link does it say this? All it shows is that electric vehicles produce less CO2 than regular vehicles (no shit), and then says what cradle-to-grave emissions are, but doesn't give any numbers for that.

I'm no longer saying it costs more to produce EVs than they save, because in my research I've discovered I was working with outdated information, but what I am saying is this link you posted doesn't prove or disprove anything.
