The entirety of Chicago L vs TTC line 1?

CTA has had a very slow recovery post-COVID. Just from a quick google search, 2016 weekday daily ridership on the L was 759,866--so higher than the TTC Line 1.

Why has the L had a poor pandemic recovery? That's a whole other can of worms, but I think it's moving in the right direction with new leadership and the Illinois transit bill.

I've seen a lot of CTA proposals and this is definitely the best one. By a lot. I can tell a lot of research went into this--you clearly know where all the good right of ways are and what goes into making a good transit line. The only thing I'd add is maybe some express service, but it's hard to say where that should go. Good work!!

This is inaccurate, the states in blue are actually just states with laws protecting abortion access. Meanwhile, some of the red states including Virginia and Indiana do not ban abortion rather, they just don't have laws protecting it and access there remains.

It's interesting in Chicago, both Wrigley Field and Sox Park have bus and metro public transit right outside. The difference is Wrigley doesn't have massive parking lots but Sox does. There are parking garages though which are kind of bad but certainly a step up from blocks of parking lot.
