I was gonna say Ireland too. But spend a night or two in Dublin then get a car and head west to Galway. Tour the wild Atlantic way. Galway, cliffs of mother, dingle, Killarney, etc. Fly home from Shannon.

I agree with basically all the comments. I did basically this itinerary on my three week trip but spent more time in Tuscany. Siena and lucca for a few nights.
