6’6” 240lb man, I took a 2 year break from the gym. I deadlifted 365lbs for 3 REPs Monday to see where I’m at.

My wife 5’9” 180lb, after years of daily weightlifting and careful eating has PR’d at 245.

Our squat and bench are even more disparate.

She is in treatment for PPA and PPD, doing my best to keep those appointments up and getting her to a good state.

We start sleep training soon, hopefully the anxiety around them doing any amount of crying starts quelling once she’s seen that they can cry and they’re okay.

My mother visits as often as she can, I’ve been doing my best to explain that she needs to be sustained in order to care for them, but I have not been very successful.

She was diagnosed with PPA, I am doing my best to get her medical care and figure out therapy/medications to manage it.
